Legality of Products:
The Holistic Connection is a licensed business in the state of Tennessee. We are fully compliant with the 2018 US Hemp Farm Bill and all applicable Tennessee Laws and Federal Regulation.
Under Section 10013 of the 2018 Farm Bill, “hemp” is defined as “the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”
All products are classified as industrial hemp, are derived from hemp, and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.
All Delta-9 THC products are derived from Hemp are legal in all 50 states under the 2018 Farm Bill because: 1) they are derived from legal hemp; and 2) the products contain a “Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”
We provide lab results for all products to indicate adherence to the federally mandated guidelines of industrial hemp. 1.1 We deliver to houses, apartments, hotels, offices, and all addresses with a drop-off location that is within a designated area shown at checkout.
2. Hours of Operation
2.1 You can order anytime for delivery. We do have specific timeframes deliveries are made by our Budtenders. We offer delivery services 7 days a week. Orders prior to 2pm will be delivered by 5pm and all orders between 2pm and 6pm will be delivered by 9pm same day. Any orders past 6pm cut off will be delivered next day by the 5pm delivery time. Daily order cutoff times may vary depending on availability of drivers.
3. On-Demand Delivery
3.1 We strive to provide fast and efficient service. Orders placed before the daily cutoff time are eligible for on-demand delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered on the next delivery day.
4. Delivery Timeframe
4.1 Our average delivery time is 90 minutes. Please note that addresses located in the urban core typically receive the fastest delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as traffic conditions and order volume.
4.2 We strive to get your order to you as fast as we can. Please note our delivery schedule is subject to change. Orders prior to 2pm will be delivered by 5pm and all orders between 2pm and 6pm will be delivered by 9pm same day. Any orders past 6pm cut off will be delivered next day by the 5pm delivery time. If you choose to pick up in store please contact the store via phone to set up a pick up time.
5. Delivery Process
5.1. Place your order online through our website.
5.2. Once your purchase is received and you are digitally verify that you are 21 years of age or older. Age verification is required for all deliveries.
5.3. Once your age is verified, your order will be added to our delivery queue.
5.4. For contactless delivery, the driver will leave the package at the designated drop-off location, such as the front door or reception desk, as instructed by you. We will send you a text message notification when your order has been delivered
5.5. If an in-person handoff is required, our delivery driver will be in contact with you.
6. Delivery Instructions

7.2. For orders under $100, there is a delivery fee based on a sliding scale determined by the distance between your delivery location and our dispatch location. The delivery fee ranges from $10. Subject to change.
