This is my go to edible because its healthier and I like the 10:1 ratio of cannabinoids to THC. 20 mg THC is a healthy dose, I’ll start with a half and then about 30 minutes later do some yoga, go for a run, even hit the gym and lift weights. I like to save the other half for recovery, sometimes even blend it up in a protein shake. Can’t go wrong.
